Project Engagements:
  1. KM Enabled Business Process Improvement Project for its People Division



  • Provide KM-BPI Consulting Services to the Staffing and C&B teams; services include
    1. Conduct workshops with key user to define the As-Is process.
    2. Recommend Improvement Opportunities and design the To-Be process with systems recommendations.
    3. Develop Role Based Operating Procedures and suggested KPIs; Communicate all deliverables and recommendations to People Division users and Business Process & Systems teams.

  • Recommendations and To-be process maps are compiled as an Operation Manual for the People Division.
  • The operation manual was used as business requirements for an HR Management System project the following year.
